Wedding Menus

Our set menus, divided into Daytime and Evening options, are listed below to showcase the style of catering we provide for weddings. All  listings are completely customisable to suit your needs; existing menu items can be tweaked, and more options can be added upon request. Daytime Menus

Our daytime menus offer a selection of Three Course, Canapes, American BBQ, and a Hot Buffet.  Everything listed below  can be adapted to suit your preferences, and bespoke options are available.

Three Course  

Our three course menu is the more formal option for your daytime meal.  Guests can choose from a range of dishes for their starter, main course, and dessert.  We are also happy to provide waiting staff to complete the dining experience.

To Start

Feta, Pear, & Walnut Salad (v)

Served with dill and lemon dressing

Ham & Leek Terrine

Served with dark rye bread

Roasted Butternut Soup (v)

Served with chilli goats cheese crostini

For Main

Slow Roast Rib of Ruby Beef

Served with boulanger potatoes, creamed savoy, and Malbec jus  

Salmon En Croute

Served with roasted fennel and champagne buerre blanc

Queso Fresco & Roasted Sweet Potato Tortellini (v)

Served in an almond and basil pesto

To Finish

Chocolate Marquise

Served with orange and honey cream

Raspberry & Elderflower Eton Mess


Selection of daintily crafted dishes to be presented sharing-style on slates, or served by waiting staff if preferred

Mini Chickpea & Broad Bean Falafels (v)

Served with beetroot hummus

Marinated Halloumi Skewers (v)

Served with mint and cucumber

Smoked Salmon

Served with rye bread and chive sour cream

Tempura King Prawns

Served with Bloody Mary sauce

Herb Roasted Chicken

Served in a baby gem leaf with avocado and fire roasted tomatoes

Feta Croquettes (v)

Served with chilli jam

American BBQ

All options are served with cornbread, mac n cheese, red cabbage & beetroot coleslaw, homemade pickled veg, and jalapeños

Beef Brisket

Beef marinated in our Kansas style BBQ rub for ten hours, then lightly smoked and slow roasted

Chilli and Garlic Chicken

Skinless & boneless, free-range chicken thighs marinated in a tangy chilli & garlic rub, topped with sour cream

Puy & Red Lentil Loaf (v)

Puy and red lentils, wild garlic, and wild mushrooms, served in a roasted vegetable loaf

Pulled Pork

Local pork shoulder marinated in our Carolina rub, slow roasted until it falls apart, served with a mint and parsley chimichurri salsa

Hot Buffet

A selection of hot dishes, presented on tables to share or served by our waiting staff

Thai Green Curry

Local free-range chicken breast in a fragrant Thai green sauce, made with lemon grass, basil, green chilli, ginger, coconut milk, and garlic, and served with sticky Thai rice

Beef Stifado

Greek stew made with chunks of beef with red wine, baby onions, cinnamon, and bay, and served with Greek lemon roast potatoes

Chickpea & Sweet Potato Tagine (v)

Chickpeas, sweet potatoes, and seasonal vegetables in a lightly spiced Moroccan sauce, served with sultana and almond couscous

Lamb Moussaka

Thin slices of aubergine, courgette, and potato, layered with Mediterranean spiced lamb and creamy béchamel sauce

Devon Seafood Chowder

For a taste of Devon summer! Freshly caught fish from Brixham in a light, creamy broth, served with chunks of homemade bread

Boulanger Potatoes

Thin slices of Devon red potatoes, cooked with roasted onion until crisp on the top and silky in the middle

Evening Menus

The following set menus are designed to cater to your evening meal. Typically served as a sharing-style buffet, our selection of Burritos, Greek Souvlaki, and Deli Sandwiches are the perfect dishes to finish off your day.


All served in a toasted tortilla with burrito rice, shredded lettuce, tomato and red onion salsa, red coleslaw, sour cream, and guacamole

B BQ Chilli Beef Brisket

Smoked and slow cooked low 'n' slow beef brisket, marinated in a medium-spiced rub of sweet Ancho chilli and paprika

Pulled Pork

Melt in the mouth pulled pork with herby chimichurri salsa

Lemon & Dill Chicken

Free range chicken breast chunks in a tangy lemon and dill marinade

Sweetcorn Fritter (v)

Sweetcorn with seasonal vegetables in a lightly-seasoned, crisp fritter batter

Greek Souvlaki

All served in a pitta tortilla with Tzatziki, red onion, beef tomato, and seasoned fries

Chicken Souvlaki

Free range chicken breast marinated in lemon, garlic, and oregano

Pork Gyros

Layers of seasoned pork cooked on a spit

Marinated Halloumi (v)

Halloumi marinated in mint olive oil

Deli Sandwiches

All served in a freshly baked bread with hand cut fries, and a selection of red cabbage and beetroot coleslaw, tomato and red onion salsa, leaf and herb salad, and homemade pickles and jalapenos

Philly Cheese Steak

Seasoned rump steak griddled with onions and peppers, topped with a mixture of mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese

Tex-Mex Chicken

Free range chicken breast griddled with peppers in a spicy Tex-Mex mix, served with lemon yoghurt

Devon Bratwurst

Devon-made Bratwurst style sausage, topped with melted cheese, American mustard, and lightly pickled red onion

Veggie Chilli Cheese Wrap (v)

Seasonal vegetables, butter beans, and haricot beans in a mild chilli fire-smoked tomato sauce, smothered with melted mozzarella


How your wedding is catered is completely up to you. We are happy to provide a full catering package, which includes waiting staff to provide table service for every meal. For a more informal feel, we can set up our Street Food-style gazebo at your venue, from which guests can help themselves. For more detail on these different options, please get in touch.
